This policy explains what J2 Home Services, a division of J2 Builders Group LLC, collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers the website only, not the separate records we keep for jobs under contract.

What we collect

When you submit the repair request form we receive the name, phone number or email address, property address, closing or walkthrough date, notes, and any file you attach. We collect nothing else from you on this site—there is no account, no newsletter, and no advertising tracking.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request, review the inspection items, prepare a scope and pricing, and—if you approve the work—carry it out and document it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

We share details with a qualified specialty trade only when your approved scope requires one, and then only what that trade needs to do the work at your property.

Where it is stored

Form submissions and uploaded files are held by our website host, Netlify, and are delivered to us by email. Records connected to a job we perform are kept with our business records for as long as we may need them for tax, warranty, or legal purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Your requests

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling 423-829-8008 or emailing Jordan@J2Construction.org. We may need to keep records tied to work we performed.
