Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for repair work—that agreement is the written scope and pricing we provide and you approve for a specific property.

Requests are not contracts

Submitting the request form does not create a contract, reserve a place on our schedule, or guarantee availability. Work begins only after J2 Builders Group LLC provides a written scope and pricing and receives your approval of it.

Scope of work

We complete only the work specifically described in an approved written scope. Inspection findings frequently include items that require a licensed specialty trade, an engineer, an environmental or remediation contractor, or further investigation. Those items fall outside our scope, and we will identify them rather than perform them.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge every request the same business day and to provide a priced scope within 48 hours. These are our service targets, not guarantees, and they run on business days.

Information on this site

Pricing is never quoted on this site. Descriptions of services are general; what applies to your property depends on the report, the condition of the property, and the approved scope. We may change the content of this site at any time.

Files you upload

Send only documents you have the right to share. Inspection reports are often the property of the inspector or the party who ordered them; make sure you are permitted to pass yours along.

Licensing

J2 Builders Group LLC holds Tennessee Residential Builder license #85227 and carries insurance. Certificates are available on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
